A man walks into a bar and notices an old man sitting grumpily at the bar with a bowl of chilli in front of him. The old man sits there, motionless for half an hour as the younger man who entered the bar watches him.
Finally, the younger man walks up to the man with the chilli and asks
"Are you gonna eat that?"
the old man replied sourly, "No, take it."
So the younger man took the chilli and sat at his table to eat the chilli, commenting every so often on how good it was. Finally, the bowl was empty and the man looked down to find a dead rat in the bowl.
He barfs the chilli back into the bowl and from over his shoulder the old man said, "yeah, that's about as far as I got too."
